Alanna is breech...Avigail transverse...

So it looks like I'm headed for a c-section. I'm going to make this short and I'll update with pics and things later but I'm really struggling right now. Please keep me in your prayers. I know for some women its not a big deal but birth is such a huge thing to me and I'm having a hard time processing this. I just really believed it would all work out in the end. I'm absolutely petrified of the whole surgery thing and a needle in my spine and everything else. I've never even had an IV in my whole life...much less major surgery.

11 Months Pregnant

Well...that's at least what my uterus is measuring!!! And let me tell you I FEEL 11 Months pregnant that's for sure!! Someone please reassure me I can do this one more month!

We did have a little scare last night though. Huge storms blew in and combining that with a full moon is not good for an 11 Month pregnant woman. :P I almost went in to L&D but I ended up staying home which I'm glad in hindsight. My contractions were 5 mins apart for 4 hours and I finally was able to go to sleep around 2:30 am. I had my appt today and they didn't dilate me so that's great news. Everything is still going great though. Blood pressure low, everything normal...well except my giant uterus.

And I have an ultrasound next Thursday so measure weights again! I'm anxious to see how big they have gotten!!!! I'll post a 33 week pic tonight or tomorrow...

Possible Name change

So I'm hitting the pregnancy crisis mode where I'm doing some major nesting and finalizing everything!

So...I'm contemplating changing Abigail to Avigail. Not a huge leap but it turns a very popular name into a unique name. I'm concerned about the popularity factor of Abigail. Plus...Avigail is more from the original hebrew form of the name. So....that's sorta cool. And the "gail" part is the only part I need that is special to me so...

Then if we go with Avigail there is the dilemma with her nickname. I like having two names for my kiddo's... So would I call her Avi (like aviation....har har) or Avey more like it sounds in the name.

Thoughts, opinions....I need help deciding!! It took me 7 months to pick a double stroller and I don't have another 7 months to decide on the name!!! :P

Oh...and I will update on my stroller decision in a sec...off to eat dinner and contemplate names...

Will it seriously get bigger????

I ask myself this question every day and somehow miraculously it does!!! Ahhh....I'm scared to see the end result. :P

So I have to say there are huge perks to having a friend who is a labor and delivery nurse! She let me take a peek tonight at my baby girls to see if their positions have changed. THANK YOU KRISTI!!!

Well just as I had suspected little baby A is cooperating and has turned head down. Woohoo!!! Not sure if it was the threats of no boyfriends until she is 21, the hypnosis, the homeopathy, or all the prayers that worked but none-the-less...she turned!!! Baby B (aka Abigail) however needs more encouraging. But she'll get there and she doesn't matter as much (don't tell her I said that :P). All I need is Baby A to be good to go on a vaginal birth! Now just pray she stays put while I work on Abigail!

29 weeks....

So I had my dr appt today and everything is looking good. I had a little scare on Sunday night b/c of the darn full moon but she checked me and it didn't cause any problems and everything looks good. So I'm still just waiting patiently and praying Jan and Feb FLY by as quickly as possible!!!
